About the cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled or rescheduled in case of rain for free.
- You can cancel or reschedule free of charge by 18:00 of the previous day of your scheduled tour day.
- Failure to cancel by 18:00 or not showing up for your tour will result in being charged the full amount.
